Ray O'Kelly, Owner
Ray O'Kelly has been helping clients understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle for 10+ years. He's worked with men and women of all ages and fitness levels, including older adults. Ray's approach to personal training starts with a focus on form and proper posture. He believes "It's not about what you do but how you do it." Ray builds on the progress of clients by not pushing them to unknown limits to prevent injury and maximize effective progression. He has a passion for helping each client reach their personal goals and enjoys the challenge of keeping them motivated.
Ray also has extensive experience in body building. He has competed in competitions and qualified for an IFBB Pro show in 2013.
Certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Senior Specialist and Weight Loss Specialist.
Delarosa Herbert, Personal Trainer
Delarosa graduated from State Fair CC with his Associate's degree in Dietetics. During his time in junior college, he became an Academic All-American and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. To complete his undergrad, he attended the University of Central Missouri where he was a member of the Student Dietetics Association and the Vice President of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. While pursuing his Bachelor's degree, he played on the UCM rugby team as the starting flank. His goal is to continue to evolve as a coach every year.

Dylan started his journey as a personal trainer and fitness instructor in 2012. He enjoys working with anybody willing to give everything they can to make the changes they desire. His focus for clients is keeping the workouts fun but also as challenging as possible so the client is continuously moving toward their individual goals. Dylan’s focus is on fixing muscle and postural imbalances and improving flexibility. His passion is helping his clients love a life pain free while reaching their body composition goals.
